Sapient offers the NULISAseq Immune 340 Panel to capture the complexity of immune response biology in a single run – including regulatory proteins and low-abundance targets that standard platforms routinely miss.

This panel spans innate and adaptive immunity, cytokines, chemokines, checkpoints, and cell-death pathways, simultaneously measuring 340+ immune mediators from just 25 µL of plasma or serum.

The immune system is a dynamic network implicated in nearly every major disease area, from cancer to autoimmunity, neurodegeneration, metabolic disease, and infection. Immune biology is interconnected and rarely driven by a single protein or pathway. Any given immune response reflects the sum of multiple protein signals, including cytokines, chemokines, checkpoint molecules, and complement factors. Disease phenotypes emerge from their combined interaction – and the NULISAseq Immune 340 Panel enables this broad immune landscape to be profiled comprehensively in blood.

With attomolar sensitivity and broad dynamic range, the panel resolves low-abundance signals often missed by conventional platforms to surface hidden drivers of immune-mediated diseases.

  • Quantitative, simultaneous measurement of 340+ targets across 35 immune categories, including all major checkpoints, the full IL-17 family, 7 type I/III interferons, the 30-member TNF superfamily, 6 complement components, 31 chemokines, and cell-death proteins.
  • Broad dynamic range to enable detection of both well-characterized proteins and low-abundance targets in a single assay – in as little as 25 µL sample.
  • Attomolar sensitivity to detect baseline levels of low-abundance cytokines and chemokines and to assess how they change in response to therapeutic intervention.
  • Specificity to resolve closely related proteins in the same cascade, eliminating cross-reactivity.

As a Certified Service Provider of Alamar Biosciences NULISA™ panels and assays, Sapient has proven expertise in Alamar’s technologies and a track record for delivering rapid, reproducible immunology insights that inform key decisions in translational and clinical studies across disease areas.

We also offer the unique ability to both analyze your samples and validate the findings in independent real-world cohorts using our DynamiQ™ molecular-clinical database – as well as to layer additional multi-omics data to orthogonally validate and extend NULISA findings.
