Download BrochureSapient’s DynamiQ Insights Engine is a database built from our ever-growing biorepository of more than 56,000 samples collected longitudinally from a diverse population of patients. We have generated thousands of dynamic protein, metabolite, and lipid measures in these samples, which are linked to real-world data (RWD) including EHR records and clinical outcomes, to uncover dynamic drivers of disease and drug response.
By integrating the largest of breadth of molecular measures that change with disease, therapy, and exposures, alongside other omics and RWD, we bring you a layered view of multi-factorial diseases, including how disease subtypes manifest and how therapies work in different individuals, to better stratify patients and predict response.
Because our samples have been collected from the same patients at multiple time points, we can look across patient journeys to identify changing biomarker patterns and points of intervention, and deeply characterize dynamic molecular processes that modulate, or are modulated by, disease and exposures.
