Regulates the dendritic spine distribution of CTTN/cortactin in hippocampal neurons, and thus controls dendritic spinogenesis and dendritic spine maintenance. Associates with the striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase (STRIPAK) core complex to regulate dendritic spine distribution of the STRIPAK complex in hippocampal neurons.
